Ukraine requires 1% of all NATO aircraft and 1% of all NATO tanks, according to President Zelensky. He also chastised Western allies for their ad hoc approach to military assistance to Ukraine.
President Zelensky said in a video statement posted on his Telegram channel that Ukraine “needs nothing more” than 1% of the weapons mentioned.
Mr. Zelensky criticises Hungary for refusing to supply Kiev with weapons and for not allowing weapons to be transferred through Hungarian territory in this video (directed at 27 EU leaders).
