Zelenskyy refused to accept giving territory to Russia as part of a peace agreement when asked if he would.
Zelenskyy said he did not care what happened to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who the US and others have accused of war crimes, but added:
No matter what or when people must accept responsibility for their acts.
“Peace is not enough.”
