With the intention of fostering military industry collaboration and fortifying bilateral ties, India establishes its most robust presence ever in Vietnam. India displayed its top defence goods at the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition in 2022 while searching for potential future export customers.
Sandeep Arya, the Indian ambassador to Vietnam, and Mr. T. Natarajan, the assistant minister in charge of defence production at the Indian ministry of defence, both attended the show.
Several exhibitors have expressed interest in the goods and technologies produced by the Defense Research and Development Organization of India (DRDO). Viewers are interested in DRDO goods like the AEW&C System (Aerial Early Warning and Control System), Astra missiles, and Tejas aircraft.
